1. Guarantee Period
Each product sold through this platform has a guarantee period set by its seller and displayed on the product's sales or checkout page. During that period you may request a full refund of your purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund in either of these ways:
- From your customer area, using the refund option available for your purchase.
- By email to support@clicknich.com, stating the email address used for the purchase and the product name.
3. Processing
Refund requests submitted from your customer area are, in most cases, processed immediately. Other requests are reviewed by the seller; if the seller does not respond within 3 days, our team reviews and decides on the request.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
4. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly through a refund request. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account suspension.
